In every conflict, the damage is not only measured in destroyed buildings, but in broken classrooms and empty workplaces. When schools close and jobs disappear, instability does not end. It evolves, trapping societies in cycles of dependency, displacement, and despair.

UNDP looks beyond humanitarian relief to confront the structural failures that undermine education systems and workforce development in unstable conditions. This committee will be what is called a perfect window to design strategies that restore opportunity, rebuild human capital, and transform education and employment into tools of resilience rather than casualties of crisis.
